The British Association for Japanese Studies held their triannual conference at Cardiff University from 3–5 September 2025. Prior to the conference, a PhD Workshop in Japanese Studies provided detailed project feedback for seventeen doctoral candidates on 2 September, and hosted a mentor roundtable, publishing your paper session, and individual meet the editor slots with the editors of Japan Review and Japan Forum.
